理学博士,硕士生导师,正高级实验师,专注于天然活性物质的研究与开发。研究领域涵盖生物活性肽的筛选、鉴定及功能性研究,以及天然活性成分的功能性食品与材料的开发与应用。在科研项目上,先后主持和参与了国家级和市级科研项目十余项。迄今为止,已在《Food Chemistry》《Food & Function》《Food Bioscience》《International Journal Of Biological Macromolecules》及《中国科学》等国内外权威期刊发表论文八十余篇,并获得了十余项专利授权。在培养人才方面,成功指导多名硕士研究生进入中国农业大学、重庆大学、西南大学等高校攻读博士学位,并指导本科生通过推荐免试或考试进入中国科学院生物物理研究所、中国科学院昆明动物研究所、中国科学院5060全迅白菜,南京医科大学、四川大学、重庆大学、东北师范大学等高等学府攻读硕士学位,为学术界和产业界输送了大量优秀人才。
