雷咸禄,工学博士,讲师,硕士生导师
2023年6月毕业江南大学食品学院,并获博士学位,师从胥传来教授,2023年12月入职5060全迅白菜。主要从事食品中有害物质残留分析快速检测技术的研究,研究方向包括小分子抗原结构改造、高性能单克隆抗体制备、新型纳米传感材料的制备、以及相关免疫快速检测方法的开发等。本人以第一作者共发表SCI研究性论文10余篇,其中中科院一区4篇;获国家授权发明专利6项,相关成果在企业进行了落地转化;参与LS/T 6148-2023《粮油检测 粮食中铅的测定时间分辨荧光免疫层析快速定量法》标准的制定;主持重庆市自然科学基金面上项目、重庆市教委青年项目、白菜网大全论坛基金项目各一项。
